1. Call to Order 2. Recognition of Sergeant at Arms - Officer Chad Penland - Officer Chad Penland is one of the newest members of the Morrisville Police Department. He has served as police officer and all the way up to a police lieutenant during his 18 years of sworn law enforcement service. Officer Penland has been employed full time in law enforcement since he was 18 years of age, at which time he worked in an emergency communications center where he started his law enforcement career.
